Which one for the bridge of my early '70s LP Deluxe? Trying to get more output and stop the squeals!
Also... I know that both are more of a Firebird style pick-up (no mounting ring, smooth cover), but can they be made to work with the existing cream pickup mounting ring for the bridge position...
The bridge pickup in my '71 Les Paul Deluxe sounds cool but is very microphonic. Would the Antiquity II give me roughly the same sound, but without the microphonics (esp. at higher volume and gain settings)? Or would I need one of the more modern-spec minis for that?

Can anyone help me narrow the choices down a bit when it comes to getting THE Seymour Duncan bridge pickup for my 1980 Les Paul Custom? The stock pickups squeal badly when I play at higher volumes through my Marshall 2203, so it's definitely time for a change.
