Which model single coil is the Stag Mag using? (My guess would be Alnico II Pro Staggered, but I could be wrong.) PS - They should bring back the EQ and output specs on the browsing pages. It used to be easy to quickly compare. Now I gotta click each one!? :grumble:

I found a humbucker pickup magnet in the drawer. No recollection of where it came from. It's probably A5 or ceramic. Any way to determine magnet type before installing? It's dark grey, with white paint (or marker?) on one of the long edges, and what looks to be a small, faint blotch of the same...

It's hard to tell from the pics. Is the Sentient glossy or matte black? And are the pole pieces the usual chrome (or do they call it nickel)? They kinda look black in pics.

Is there a mark on the magnet visible on either side of the pickup? I've read A5 is marked black, A2 blue. But I need to know where on the magnet these marks are. A pic isn't necessary but would be awesome. 👍
