I am setting up my guitar with a H/S/H pickup combination. I want Hot Rails for the middle but I don't know if I should get it for neck or bridge position because those are the only two they sell. Can someone please help?

I got a used Marshall AVT150 head and a 1960A cab. I don't which input to plug the cable from the cab into the head. One input says 8Ω and the other says 8/4Ω. My cab says 16 ohms on the back. Can someone help? Thank you very much
