I swapped the magnet on a Duncan Designed SH103 but with the new Alnico V the B string is very quiet. Did I break something? Is this a symptom of a weak or demagnetized magnet? The other strings are fine, just the second one that is weak. Any ideas, before I go hacking this thing apart again?

I just tried swapping the magnet on a Custom, wanting to make a custom 5, but the A5 magnet I have is narrower by about 1mm,enough to make it wiggle and not touch all the poles/slugs. Anyone else had difficulty with wrong size magnets, particularly with the custom?

I bought these tuners off eBay and everything looked ok. But after getting them, I think they are the wrong ones. Is it me, or is this really a set of right hand tuners? All six are identical.
