Hey NotCardio! Tried to message you about that soundbar a while back but your PMs are full!

Born 1974. I always hate when people use their birth year on their plates and what-not lol, so I did it with my username.
Musically, I'm fairly diverse as far as listening. Not much on rap, country, or hip-hop though. (well how diverse is that haha)
On guitar I'm all metal really. I like either totally clean ambient style or all-out thrash/death assault. Not much into lower or mid-gain styles.

Lucky for me and my limited jam-time I'm not much into the super-technical "modern" styles either. I'm more of a Behemoth meets Six Feet Under kind of player. Basic riff and hook with some melodic connect-the-dots speed picking riffs. The kind of speed-picking stuff that's hummable. I throw in quick hammers/pulls/trills for complexity, but it's in very short bursts, and in basic and predictable time-formats. Nothing too mentally tricky.
You play rock/metal? Old-school or modern djenty stuff? (I like to say "choppy" instead of djent lol)

I'm just west of Marshall IL. for the last 7-ish years. Went to Casey schools but haven't lived there since, fortunately.
Shame though about GC. I always hawked their used inventory online and found some great items over the years. Always had to call-in to double check though before driving over because the guys there weren't very good at listing things accurately and keeping the site updated,,,,,,,but I guess that kind of goes for any GC.
