I got a new Ibanez rg927. I'm about to change the pickups to a Crunchlab/Liquifire set. I was just wondering what the options would be and how to wire it with a push-pull pot? Here is the wiring as it is now:

I'm getting in the John Petrucci 7-string pickups for my 7-string. I was looking at the wiring scheme on Dimarzio's website and it calls for a cap. It doesn't say what value or what kind. I'm pretty ignorant with this stuff, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Just installed some new pickups and new push pull 500k pot. What did I do wrong that makes the volume only go down about halfway when I turn the pot all the way down?

I'm putting an Alt 8 in the bridge of my Charvel So-Cal. Right now it has a Dimarzion Evolution in the neck. Would the Evolution be good or should I go for something else, like a SD 59?
