I bought these guitar, because I have been gasing for a Semi Hollow Body for quite some time. These are Duncan Designed, right?

I need a new set for my Les Paul and I need the following: 1. Hot output 2. Warm tone (my amps are very bright) 3. Must handle high gain well and with definition 4. For brithish high gain (think modded JCM 800) What I'm looking for is Vintage tone with balls! What should I get?

Is there a pickup that has that rich vintage tone and balance and that can also be used with high gain? I just bought a Les Paul, and I love a tone that is "classic rock" but also like to play with a lot of gain, from time to time. Would the AlnicoII be the answer?

Hi! I have a Yamaha Pacifica 812w that came with Seymour Duncans (2xSLL1, 1x '59 Humbucker in the bridge.) I realy like the way the single coils sound with my setup, but when I switch to the humbucker the volume diference is huge. If I lower the humbucker height, it wont sound as good as it does...
