Anyone try a magnet swap in a Dimarzio Super 3? Pickup came stock on my Jackson PC1 and the low end is just way too much for my taste. Any suggestions on a magnet type that would reduce some of the low end and mids and give me a little more balanced sound?

When you wire up a set of Blackouts, do you remove all of the ground wires (bridge, pickup cavities), like you do on EMGs? The instructions don't state either or. Thanks!

Are the wire color codes for Duncan Designed pickups the exact same as regular Seymour Duncan pickups?
