I have an American Fender Strat and 2 SD pickups (the TB-4 for the bridge and the SH-2N for the neck) that I want to put in. Should I get them wired together with 3-way switching or split the coils with 5-way switching?

If a Fender strat HH pickguard has the room for a trembucker, should I put one there? After all, the stock single coils have wider poles like a trembucker, so what could it hurt?
