Is it easy to swap over the plastic covers. I have a cracked plastic cover on a 59n, so as I am not using the Jazz neck I thought I could swap them over. Is this easy to do without causing any damage? Cheers

I am finding that when playing on my own, or with very little backing I need to turn my tone control down as far as 3 or even 0 to get a nice solo sound, is this normal with a JB Bridge in a LP STD? Using Marshall JCM 600 combo Cheers

I am thinking of treating myself to the DD for the bridge of my lp stnd I have a 59 in the neck and to me that sounds wonderful. I didn't like the JB, too bright for my taste. The styles I like are 70/80 british rock. I believe the DD has plenty of low end chunk which is what I,m looking for...

Can anyone say what a Dimebucker might sound like in a LP bridge. Ive got one in a Jackson and I'm thinking of giving it a try. (I prefer the tone of the D.Db and Jazzb to the JB which is too top heavy for me. Cheers

I know the DD is fairly crunchy is there anything else, also was the Gibson Dirty Fingers crunchy? I know it had a very high output but I can't find any audio clips.

Hi, I have a LP standard with Jazz neck and JB Bridge. The JB is too harsh for me. I have listened to and like the sound clips of both the DD and Custom 5 on the SD site but could do with some help. I like the Thin Lizzy sound and overall not to too heavy. Cheers Ric

Hi I have a Jazz and JB in my LP standard, but I don't get on with the JB. I have a spare 59'NECK' pup, if I put it in to replace the JB 'BRIDGE' will it sound OK. I'm not looking for high output just better tones than the JB Best Wishes Ric:)
