I have an alder body neck through super strat with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard that I just put the Demon in tonight to compare it to the PAF Pro. The PAF Pro was really good I thought....had a good amount of output while still retaining that vintage vibe but was really chunky and nice...

Anyone got the scoop on these?? They're humbuckers but I'm not sure what kind of tone they produce compared to some of the other Dimarzios.

Have this pickup in one of my super-strats. Great pickup with just the right amount of scoop for thrash without sounding thin. Cuts real nice and is fairly tight for the fast playing.
