    Another which pickup thread,but this one

    is for a buddy.He just got an Ibanez RGT42FXQM and of course ready to put some Seymour's in it.(but which one's).See he's also got an s370 with sh-4/sh-2 set,and I have an rg370dx with tb-6/sh-6n set(the best p/u's IMO),but anyway..He wants something versatile.I recommended the SH-5/SH-PG1.So...

    Opinions on Dimarzio D-Sonic

    O.K. Folks,heres the deal I've got the TB-6/SH-6N set in my Ibanez RG370DX.I love this set up,but I want something different for my rg320dx.I use this guitar for drop C mainly.So is the D-sonic any good?

    Does wood really matter?

    If so what is the best seymour duncan for a basswood body guitar? For metal:> The tone wizard says tb-6. Is the wizard correct?
