So I bought a carvin v220 which came with a JB/59 combo. I tried them and A/B them to my crunchlab/liquifire and my Dactivator/air norton. I found them both very bland compared to the dimarzios. Yes I know they are ceramic and higher output so maybe its not a fair comparison for bridge pickups...
