I'm in the u.k. and s.d. pickups seem to be more available than some other makes....so which sd bridge pickup for country.....5/2,
Jerry Donahue, vintage stack or other, i do have a 5/2 in one tele and it works out quite well...any thoughts appreciated..
Building a new tele and thought of putting a Jerry Donahue in the bridge, i have a 5/2 in one tele which works quite well....what difference will i get with the Donhue, am i thinking along the right lines or is there something more suitable without spending a fortune?
Thanks

Is there any benefit replacing the Duncan 5/2 with the STK T3B except for hum reduction, will it give a fuller sound, using the guitar for country picking.
Thanks
Rob
I know the original Charlie Christian pickups are single coil, i was wondering how much hum they produce when trying to use em for recording, there's quite a number of turns on them so i guess they will buzz quite a bit. Just wondeing if S.D. wind a dual coil Charlie Christian humbucker is that...
