If I was to order a Cool Rail, Vintage Rail and Hot Rail would I be able to unseat the plastic cover, paint and replace? Or are the pickup bottoms glued to the cover? Thanks!!

All, I'm trying to find a good set of Tuning Machines with Cream colored buttons. From what I've seen online the best I can do is Ivoroid or bone. This is for a Strat style neck. GOTOH and Sperzel look to be bone/Ivory. Ideas?
