I have a G12H30 in a 2x12 closed back that sounds way too bright when I'm in front of it, but it sounds great when I move to the side several feet. Funny that people say a Vintage 30 is harsh...this G12H30 could make my ears bleed with treble...

The open sound those guys have. More STP than Oasis, but Oasis is a good reference too. Alder strat with maple board. Has a trem. 250k pots with the "Delta Tone" thing on the bridge and middle pickups. What do you think?

I know nothing about electronics, but I know my tube sockets are loose and I was advised to push the contacts in with something. What are the odds of me shocking myself?

I'd like to split it, but I don't know if the trembucker splits and I don't know if the 4-conductor 59 fits in the bridge ok, and you lose the trem spacing obviously if you don't use the trembucker. What's the best option?

The side of the humbucker with the logo on it is always lower than the other side. I tried to adjust the height of it while pressing down on the higher side, but I can't get it even. What does that mean? It's a JB trembucker.

I have CR neck, VR middle, JB in the bridge all with 250k pots. The tone controls are on the CR and JB. The CR is muddy. Don't like that. The VR is very clear, which I like, but I really don't need a crystal clear sound. I need a clear sound with some dirt on it and the VR is kind of thin...

An amp that has enough gain to play powerchords if need be under distortion or overdrive and sound thick enough, but also has a good enough clean so you can roll back the volume or set a semi-clean sound and get definition and clarity. Kind of like an Oasis sound or STP sound where you can play...

I just put some GHS Boomers on and I don't like how slick they are. I like strings that are worn in a little. They're easier to play. My fingers go sliding when I play new strings.

I've had the JB for a while, but it's too hot for my other pickups. What else works well with 250k? I'm thinking a Jazz and a 59?

I think the JB sounds like garbage clean with a 250k pot. I also think the Cool Rails in the neck with a 250k pot does not sound good clean. This is in an alder strat with a maple neck and through the natural channel of an Orange Rocker 30, which is about as non-dirty as you can get.

I just got a new Mojo 2x12 cab. I don't know how to solder so I can't make my own wiring harness. If someone could make me a quality one relativey cheaply, that would be great.

Yeah...so I just bought a Mojo 2x12 cabinet and I have no idea how to wire the thing. It didn't come with any wiring. Is there a website with a diagram someone can direct me to? What type of wiring do I need?

I just looked on the Earcandy site and a Buzzbomb now costs $519. Anyone else remember when he was selling a few of these on ebay for $400? Why the jacked up price?
