Does using 500k volume pot (vs.250k) equivalent to difference between covered & uncovered humbucker? I like my JB with 250k but I’m going to put a cover on it. Do you think I should use 500k to compensate?

Hi. How do the PATB-1 and Full Shred compare to Dimarzio Paf Pro? They are all being described as transparent and clear-sounding. I currently use the PAF pro in the bridge position of my guitar. I really like how clear and balanced it sounds, but would like to try something from the duncan line.

just curious, how do you compare the 59b to the JB?? what should i expect if i'm to replace the JB in my guitar with a 59? are they equally good for metal?
