Has anybody put nickel or gold covers on Pearlys and noticed a difference in tone? Do you know which covers fit from the two sizes SD sells? Do they have to be SD covers?I'm replacing my Gibson 57 Classics cuz they're just too dark. Want to brighten things up a bit with a little more bite but...
