I originally planned on putting a white pearloid pickguard on it and keeping it a traditional strat with the 3 single coils. But I've always liked that flowery vine pickguard, and wanted to try some Artec 59's.

That's the plan., the only reason I might use a coat or two of Tru-oil before the wax, is ,just to give it a little color., it's a very pale neck.
