Just picked up this Jackson 4X12 Cab for $140 on CL. It's 3/4 ply closed back construction. Sounds great its does have balls. Not loving the sliver grill so much black spray paint will fix that. I'm wondering who made or what voicing of these speakers are? Maybe v30?

I'm building up a Warmoth guitar this month. I always wanted to try Pau Ferro fretboard. I'd like to know if there much tone difference between a solid neck of Pau Ferro compared to Q-sawn Maple shaft with a Pau Ferro fingerboard?

I'm having a neck built by Warmoth is there much in tone difference between stainless steel frets from nickel/silver frets?

I am building up new guitar with an Alder body with an 1/8 maple cap, the neck with all Pau Ferro. C8 "Foucs8" in the bridge. What neck pup's would complements the C8?

I just bought an Ibanez 1421 it is great playing guitar but bridge pu is so bright. It has a ceramic magnet. I was thinking of swapping the mag for A2 or a UOA5. I am looking for more a dark sound. Or maybe a new pu any suggestion?

I have a JB in my Charvel and I dig the sound but I would like to change it up a bit. RTM seem to be similar specs to JB2, is it worth buying a new pu or I should stick with mag swap? Heck a lot cheaper.
