Hot Chicken Bridge, Strat Hot Stack in Telecaster. Medium Rock

I really like these pickups in my mahogany Telecaster. Not too bright and just enough twang for certain classic rock stuff. Marshall Studio Vintage 20 amp with Greenback speaker. Hot Chicken Bridge and Hot Stack Strat Neck Pickup in Tele

Weirdness with Seth Lover bridge and PG Neck. Middle position sounds out of phase.

This is my first experience with a yucky sounding middle position with Duncan humbuckers in a Les Paul. The guitar sounds out of phase. That's weird because the SL replaced another similar pickup and the middle position sounded nice. The SL is 2 conductor, the PG is 4 conductor and the wiring is...

Antiquity Promotional Movie/Video - Serious WOW Factor

Oh... my... gosh... I'm late to check it out but this video roped me in. One view and I ordered my Antiquities for my 77 LP Standard. What a great production, player, tone etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJl0-NA0tNI&t=2s I've had lots of pickups in my LP but I think the Antiquities will...

Marshall sv20h, Les Paul, 59 Bridge Pickup, Classic Rock

Hi Everyone I have not done much playing for the last several years but I recently got this little Marshall sv20h which has a plexi type of sound. Pretty nice. It's a 20 watt amp but it is still way LOUD! This is one of my first attempts to do some recording with it. The speaker is a Celestion...

Les Paul with Duncan Custom, Jazz, Marshall DSL-40

Hi y'all. It's been a while since I've posted anything but it just so happens that I recorded a few tunes/clips over the last year, mainly as backing tracks for my motorcycle rides. Here's a little tune + ride down Pacific Coast Highway between Big Sur and Morro Bay...

Motorcycle Video with Seth Lover / Jazz Soundtrack

Hello guitar freaks! It's a been a while... a long while. I hope everyone has been doing well and playing nicely on the Duncan forum :1: I got into Harleys a few years ago and forgot all about my guitars... not really, but sort of. Recently, I actually recorded a quick instrumental with my...

My Harley Ride Videos with Duncan Powered Sound Tracks

Hi all. It's been a while since I've endeavored here. Glad to see that the forum is still hopping. I have not done much recording lately, but here are some fun motorcycle ride videos that I've added my music to: Les Paul with Seth Lover bridge and Jazz Bridge pickup in neck position, Celtic...

    Video Noise

Well, my wife is out of town, the house is a complete mess, wires everywhere :D I revived my YouTube password (after 3 years) and messed around with the tele and the LP. For this one I meg-shifted a quick rythm track in Cakewalk, then recorded to Cakewalk and webcam at same time. It's a...

6V6 amps or kits with minimal mucky muck?

I want to get a great raw-cranked sound without leveling my house with my plexi. If I can't find the right amp then I'll just rebuild my house to handle my amp :naughty: Looking for cross between plexi and blackface sound, approx 20 watts, single channel, no master volume, no reverb. Sort of...

    Demon ... the screaming kind...

I just listened to a couple quick recordings I did with the SD, now wondering why I got rid of it! :smash: The name is a bit leading, with a connotation that this pickup is a rocker. It does rock. It is also very musical/diverse. I had the SD in a tele, now I think I 'need' one for my LP :D...

Anyone check out the Marshall Haze series yet?

I am always suspicious about new Marshall amps but this series looks pretty interesting, with 2 channels, boost and separate effects for each channel. I think the 15 wat head costs about $600 and the 40w EL34 combo is about $700. The 15 watter uses 6V6 power tubes. Anyway, it's fun to watch...

Pedal Reverb. Boss RV-5? Digitech RP-? Or?

It seems that reverb pedals are getting better these days. I've heard demos of Boss RP-5 and Digitech RP-7. Both sound pretty cool. I like spring verb and plate verb. If a pedal can do those 2 ok then the rest is cake for that price. Any insight?

Anyone using the S Deco A5 Bridge?

Well I have had lots of pickups but I guess I can't die until I've tried this one. Is the S Deco A5 an Ace Frehley kinda pickup?
