Can anyone tell me what the ground wire from the switch does in this diagram? Im trying to wire up a tele with a HB in the neck using a 5 way switch. The double wafer 4 pole switch doesn't fit in the control cavity. I think it's pretty easy to do if I use the bridge pup like a middle pickup...

Any concerns with this? I want to put a Seth in the neck of a Tele that has a stack single coil in the bridge, but I don't want it to sound like mud. Anyone know what the Seth sound like with 250k?
