How did you like it if you tried it/own it? I tried a singlecut, and didnt like the way it fit my hands...the neck was too fat..and they didn't have any singlecuts in stock, so are the singlecuts similar?

would you go ibanez or schecter. Played a schecter C1 today and a couple Ibanezes around the dollar range given in the title. Loved the necks on pretty much all of them...but yeah Its so hard to choose! what would you choose for tone, playability, variety of tones, and quality.

I know marshall and mesa boogie pretty well...i.e. a marshall JTM45 has less gain than a 800 for instance and a 800 has less than the 900...and the 2000 range has more gain than them all (except the JVM maybe?) but I need to know peavey? how can you compare peavey amps to marshall for instance?

makes my ears sick...my whole head just feels funny...like I dont want to hear it anymore...its almost revolting. If I play my digital pedals (even really good quality ones) or play SS amps for more than an hour, it makes me feel sick...I dont know why. I can play my marshall jcm2000 for 3 hours...

First, are P90s more suited for bridge or neck? I play mainly hard rock and some classic stuff too. So, what would you guys suggest? edit: these pickups will be going into a basswood guitar with a flame maple top.

How much harder than a normal pickup? there are like two bar magnets right? so do I just wind the wire around both of them or between or something?

I would like to know what a good pickup for neck position would be. Im getting a new guitar soon and considering the majority of my playing is with the neck pickup, I will only be replacing the neck pickup. the guitar im getting is the HLS hardtail at www.hammguitars.com :D
