I have a ibanez rg 421 with a maple/ rosewood neck...the guitar is a hard tail so no locking nut. My question is, if I were to replace the neck with a maple / maple neck from an Rg 550 with a locking nut would I have any problems? I understand that the two weren't designed to work...
