I currently play a Traynor YBA-1 into a 4x12 with Vintage 30s. Looking for a reliable small combo amp for cramped stages. Reviews of the Tramp say it sounds pretty tube-like for a solid state amp, plus it has a V30. I play blues and hard rock. What are thoughts on the Tramp?

I have read many reviews for each amp, but I haven't found any that directly compares both. Anybody out there who has played both and can give me some insight?

My amp often has feedback as low as 2 on the volume even without a guitar plugged in. Sometimes the problem goes away, or it won't go into feedback until much higher on the volume knob. Usually happens with bright channel only. Thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks 😊

Thinking about replacing my 800RB with a Peavey TB Raxx tube preamp into a QSC, Carvin or Mosvalve solid state power amp. Cabinet is a Bag End 1x15. I'm hoping to get a stronger rounder sound with less grit/overdrive than the 800RB.

Anybody here have experience with this pedal? I have read a lot of glowing reviews, but the sound clips I listened to sound artificial not amp-like at all. Then again, it's You Tube...
