Maybe it's a stupid question, but..with aging a pickup's magnet gets weaker I believe? What does that do to the (original) sound?

Does the SH-TB1 look the same as the PA-Tb1? Cause I've bought a pickup that looks like an Original Parallel Axis Trembucker, but the box says SH-TB1. Maybe it's not the original box? Seller says it's 15.7k and the '59 is 8.13k (bridge). This is confusing!
