I went to buy a Detonator for a build I'm planning and can't find it anywhere.

I'm building a bass with a layout exactly like this. 2 vols and the STC-3M3. Why aren't the pots grounded to each other? I only see the bass/treble knob with any kind of grounding connection.

I am not sure if this is possible to do or not, but I know this is a good place to ask these questions. I have a 2 HB guitar and a 3-way switch. Is it possible to get full bridge HB, split neck HB, and full neck HB as the 3 options with just a 3-way switch? Thanks for your help!

I have a QP Tapped and want to use the 3 way switch in my tele to access both outputs on it, plus the neck humbucker. I don't need the middle position, just the three outputs from the 2 pickups. Pos 1 - Tapped output - bridge Pos 2 - Full output - bridge Pos 3 - Neck Thanks for your help!

I have the STC-3M3 preamp installed in a P-Bass currently and really like what it does for the sound. I am thinking of building a P-Bass with a jazz bass style humbucker in the bridge position and using this preamp in it. My question is why are there varying pot values in the wiring diagrams...

So this is the way the 5-way switch came wired on my Pawn Shop Bass VI. Has anyone ever seen a switch wired like this? And why does it have a ground, which is not something I've seen before? Oh, and there isn't anything wired to the bridge post, because I was in the middle of a pickup swap.

How does SPB-1 compare to the Fender Original '62? I know they are both going for a vintage tone. Are they the same sound with the Basslines being humcancelling or are there some differences in the tone?

If I wanted to put one of the 500k Liberators in my 1 Humbucker 1 Vol Strat, what would that diagram look like? Can I screw in the grounds from the tremolo claw? And what about the sleeve (ground) from the jack? Or do you have to solder at least one of the grounds?

What do you all think of this amp & how does it compare it to other high-gain amps? Or would you even compare it to other high-gain amps?

I was wondering what differences there are between the 2x12 closed back orange cab and a 2x12 closed back rectifier cab. I found where the orange cab is actually a little bigger and heavier, but they're both birch with 2 V30s. What sound differences do you get out of the two cabs?

Anyone ever used one of these or built/modded one? What did you think?
