Hi, I have a 4wire humbucker going into a new set-up. I have read the bare (silver) wire is ground. I also have read the green wire is ground (as I always thought). So which is ground? Thanks for the feedback!

Hi, have 2-4wire humbuckers. A 5way selector. 1volume and 2tones. I have not found a good wiring diagram for this set-up! Any help would be appreciated! Trying to split north and south halfs of each humbucker to work on position 2 and 4 of the 5 way selector.

Hi,I have a '59 model humbucker, it has one braided wire lead. I am wanting to hook it up with a 5way switch and my '59 Trembucker(with 3 leads). The diagrams I find show 3 wires from each pup needed. Any ideas, or did I get the wrong pup(1 wire)? Yes these are going on a Strat. I'm new at this...
