This arrived much earlier than I expected... LTD AX-350, Korean, neck thru, mahogany body + neck, 25.5" scale. Found it on eBay for $200. Negotiated to $175, $215 total with shipping. Only thing is(as evidenced by the photos), it's missing pickups. Thinking about the SD Mick Thomson Blackouts...

Got a new project in works. LTD Ax-350, $200 + $40 shipping, missing pickups. It has a mahogany body with a through-body mahogany neck and rosewood board. Looking at putting a Bareknuckle Black Hawk in the bridge, any suggestions for a neck pup? I'm going to be using this one as a drop tuning...

Re: Favorite Overdrive! the Digitech Hardwire Valve Distortion is pretty underrated. The crunch mode boosts the mids, is very transparent, and on higher gain levels nails vintage distortion tones. The saturated channel has more gain, and gets more modern tones. Picked it up for $50 on ebay...

I've always wanted an aluminum neck Kramer, and after an ungodly amount of time searching I've finally found one at a good price. It's a Kramer DMZ(DMZ line had DiMarzio pups) 1000 with a maple body. Anyone have any experience with aluminum neck Kramers? Any input on the weight?
