    Finally tried some Seth Lovers

I now know why the Seth's are so well loved. I put a set in a Warmoth VP body, mahogany/maple cap, and they sound lovely. The cleans are just smooth, and they are so articulate. I am definately leaving them in. Tyler

    I got a Ibanez JTK1, not bad.

I pick up one from MF when they had the sale on them for $199. I have to say that is one of the best $200 guitars I have ever played. It looks cool too with the butterscotch finish. It make me think of something Dano would have put out years back. The stock pups aren't to bad. I have a 59n...

What recorder do you guys use?

I have been looking for a good simple digital for awhile. I tried getting a Roland 1880 from a guy but it fell through. I am on a tight budget right now, spent to much money for the Froum trip, so I am looking for the lower end stuff. I dont think I need an eight track recorder so a four...

Got a cool weather station for music room.

I went to Shopco and got a nice little digital unit with a remote censor. I has inside humidity, and temp, with outside temp too. The brand is Acurite. Now I can moniter the humidity better. Tyler

    humidity in sound room?

I did a search and found out the correct humidity level to keep your guitars at, but I was wondering if I needed to worry about the speakers and amps if I had every thing in the same room. I thought I would just set up a humidifier because I already have 9 guitars and will be getting more. I...

Finaly got my amp back after 9 months

I sent my Super Reverb to a guy in N Carolina last year in August, and he had it for over 6 months and I had to tell him to just get it back to working condition and send it to me. I got it back and the distortion mod he did sounded good but my cleans were all screwed up and the vibrato...

Got my sister's hamer duotone in.

This guitar is quite nice. I am pleasently supprised. The finish was pretty nice and the frets feel good. The neck is fairly chuncky, and if a guy is not used to playing an acoustic you might not like. Now the pickups are not to bad, they are duncan designs at least, they are a little on...

looking for schematic for Vol. Vol. 3 way?

I have been trying to wire my G&L with out a tone, because I never use it, but I am haveing a hard time getting it right. I can't seem to get the wireing configuration correct to have both pups on or one off and the other on, and have it out of phase too. Would I be better useing one master...

would this be a workable humcanced single?

I thought that you might be able to answere this. I was wondering why you can't wind the top three lugs south and the bottom three north for a hum canceling pup. I have a G&L that has there "special' designed P-90 pups and I wonder if this is what they did. Tyler

I got a guitar on ebay and didn't pay

I have been wanting to try a Hammer Duotone for a while but I didn't want to pay out any money to try one. So I talked my little sister in to buying one and it will ship to my house and sit in my music room for her to come and play on. Dang I am smart. She has been wanting to try an electric...
