Hi I've been struggling with my invader clones. The pictures included are how i have it wired and what the manufacturer sent me for color codes and the factory switch options. It's an Ibanez but has the weird 5 way switch that I kinda like because the coil split options. Something is up with the bridge. It just sound bad in my opinion and nothing like the videos I see online and I'm wondering if I have it wired wrong or flipped the wrong way. Pretty sure I got it flipped the same way the manufacturer shows but I've also tried the other way and didn't like that. Can I switch the phase of the bridge? Not sure if that would fix anything but the color code sheet they gave me is confusing me because the 2 pickups are different? I thought they would be the same? I've been switching physical orientation over an over again because it just doesn't sound right and it's never gonna stop bugging me. When I hit the open low E string it sound very metallic. When I spin them around the opposite way it get way worse.
