will!! i've got that quarter pounder metering a steady 7-odd Kohms across the 2 lower contacts on the front, i moved that pole that was looking a bit out and wiggled the leads (they came off) and then the fluctuating reads stopped...
have confirmed it'll sit at a reasonable height in the middle position of the LP but haven't got it all going yet, i'm also fitting a B5 bigsby via a vibramate plate... putting a Z90 neck in the neck, a bridge tv classic in the bridge and am working on weird switching; it's either going to be a massive win or total heartbreak heh heh
still haven't tried those schallers bud, forgive me

got your package man, sweet... am keen to try these golden 50s out! also, any info you could give me on the QP would be most handy; it looks to me like the cable's connections to the pickup may be non-standard and the cable might not be original either... i haven't had a chance to meter everything out yet but would suspect that there's a partial short in the coil from where that slug's been pushed down...
