  • Yeah Buddy!
I just came from my weekly lesson and I used my Tele with the Broadcaster. We were playing some old ZZ Top, my teacher using his Les Paul. That Broadcaster was smokin', especially on LaGrange.
Oh, the '93 is exactly like the Tele I bought when I picked up guitar again 15 years ago. It has since been smashed and glued back together. It's now navy blue with a black guard, loaded with Fender Texas Tele's.

You can't go wrong with a Broadcaster b, great p'up. I've got one paired with a full size 59 n in another Tele.

Again, if I knew how to post pic's I'd put 'em up. Technologically 'tarded I guess.
You mean the one in my avatar? No, that's the late great Rory Gallagher. If you don't have any of his stuff, check him out.

I have only one rosewood board Tele. It's a Squier special (they came with a HB at the bridge and a Strat sc neck) that I replaced all the electronics in and installed a Pearly Gates b. and a Quarter Pound n. on.

If I could figure out how to post pics I'd put one up. Kevin.
Yeah I figured you surfed since you lived in near the beach and everything...

Well that sucks, but I guess you didn't really have a choice...still I'm pretty sure it's way cheaper to live here than in the States...

Cartago is nice, but definitely the best weather in the whole Valley has to be San José. It isn't ridiculously hot as Alajuela....for the most part it's fresh. Relatively speaking of course. The whole country is an oven hahahaha....unless you live in the mountains.

Didn't know about Stratobastard....by the way did you ever have the chance to meet a guy called Chris who lives in Jacó? Works on gats and amps...pretty **** good too.

Oh I'm Costa Rican haha! Ironically I'm doing the process for a green card...mom's a US citizen.

The country's great but yeah, living in/near the beach is the way to go. The city's cool and everything, but to me that's where it's at...beach or mountain. That's the real CR to me man! Luckily it's not too far away, so I can just pack some stuff and it's some hours in a car or bus and I'm there!

    When/why did you leave?
Thanks, I am in North Western Indiana. I make all kinds of little Tonemojo boxes, some are volume, some are tone etc. The volume boxes can be used as attenuator in the fx loop of a tube amp. Here is link to my website and it ha link to my ebay store. I have a couple listed on there right now. http://www.tonemojo.com/
I bought the guitar with the electronics actually. It had Ants, but I pulled em in favor of a more focused sound.

Thanks, I'm sweating it. I'm just trying to focus and retain it all. Got my market/area anaylsis for my possible office...if I can make the numbers obviously.
Yep that's the 97 R8! REAL sprague black beauties, a real 500k from 1956, Tonepros bridge/TP, Seth Lover in the neck, and an unpotted 78 with Seth Lover parts in the bridge. I had a fret dress done about 2 years ago at Southeast Guitars when I went to Atlanta. I've logged a LOT of hours on that guitar. Truthfully I'm not done with it though, I'm going to get an RS Superpot for the neck volume....I've even toyed with getting a set of Psychebilly buckers.
