Well, I'm of the age that when I was late teens, Illinois' drinking age was 19 vs 21 in Indiana, so we all used to go to Marshall to drink. There was a bar row there, and i was almost like Mardi Gras with all the kids walking from bar to bar. And a lot of them were still underage at that. I saw a lot of 16 year olds bar hopping. Of, course, the cops waited at the Indiana line on 40, it was like shooting fish in a barrel.
