    It's a pricier one bur the Friedman Buxom Boost excels in the loop for a volume boost. The "tight" control deals with the mushiness that comes with a loop boost. I've used it a bunch of times and it works really well. My secret weapon, if you're OCD about tone, technical capability... you're just plain nuts... is to have a Y pedal that allows you to biamp for solos... also gives more texture

      Although I don’t use it in the loop, you’re absolutely correct....the buxom boost is a phenomenal pedal. That’s my secret weapon. Lol
