I was looking around the house recently and foung my Dad's war scrapbook and it is filled with WWII era pinup girls. I would like to get them appraised.

Re: The Well: Episode 3 - Do you feel lucky?

bungalowbill - I only own one very used Stratocaster. I have played Hamers and although they are not my cup of tea, I think they are pretty much the cream of the crop of Gibson style guitars. Beautifully crafted and they sound great.

Found this shot going thru my pix! T51 with facory added piezo tone control retained, no toggle for piezo, just volume Newport Pro with Cats Monaco III and Daytona stock ArnieZ

Hamer made, '92-'97 IIRC, a great Strat and Tele. Best $500-$700 you will spend if all original. Here is a threadful from The Hamer Fan Club forum.

Loaded stock with cool Duncans too.

Here are my pieces of that pie.

Aint no pro but I know what I like....
      Guitar to sound output:
Hamer, Dean, or Various, Levy's straps, Dunlop straplock/picks, Daddarrio strings 10-46, Duncan, Dimarzio, Mogami, Monster, MojoDrive pedal on occasion, Marshall, Crate, Vox, Mesa Boogie, Black Shadow Celestions, Eminence,..

Who was the first guitar player you heard that made your jaw hit the floor in shock and amazement?

Who is your favorite guitar player to listen to?

I'll ask you the same thing I asked Stevie_Bees:

Can you identify one pivotal moment in your life that was the most responsible for shaping the man you are today? If so, what was it?

Jimi Hendrix! I saw him on TV before when I was young and he floored me. He owned the stage and his playing was almost sexual in a way. Jimi for me, is the yardstick to which all rock guitar players are measured.

My favorite to listen to changes on an almost daily basis. I would have to say Jeff Beck though, if for nothing else, the sheer volume of killer guitar music he has made over the years. I wish I had chops akin to his.

Why must you make me think so deep? You are going to make sprain whats left of my gray matter....

This will sound weird to most folks I'm sure.....fair play.

I hate a cheat and I also deplore the mistreatment of less priviledged people by the elite. (This was not intended as a political statement.)

Having a child for sure.. It took a long time to understand what it is to be a man....children are where it is at. You can't take money with you to the grave....the only real legacy a man can leave is a child.

I almost stipulated something like "If you're going to say 'having my kids,' think of something else!" but then thought - hey - if that's his answer, that's his answer.

I told you the questions will get you thinking!!

Joe, when are you at your most content?

When do you most feel like being an utterly irresponsible child???

Do what I do. Hold tight and pretend it's a plan!

That is my true answer. I was an irresponsible OLD teenager...hair down to my butt, driving a Mustang GT and playing Rock and Roll.

I'm most content after I get my oldest son to bed and get to spend some quality time with Amber. You know, the post day chill.

As far as the irresponsible child, I feel like being that way all the time. Thank goodness I can control it.

You ought to see me and my 5 year old wrestle....he is all boy and a brute.

At this point in my life, reality is a good thing. An occasional beer is all that I imbibe. I even gig sober.....way more fun.
