On the Musicman Amp Forum, I found that the tubes in a Musicman only get biased to around 23 ma per tube, so would that make a difference?

Yup, some of them had tube PI, but this one is solid till the amp stage. It is really cold, but the poster on the MM site claimed many a Musicman was ruined by someone biasing it like a Marshall.

I have used this particular tubes for about 9 years and can not recommend going over 525V.

Jeremy: I am glad you like these tubes - Enjoy them to the fullest extent possible! Merry Christmas - Early!
