Ah, hell...after hearing those clips I'm gonna have to order a complete set for the strat. Thanks, Frank, ya bastid! j/k

      Sound great, though!

Sounds great. Probably the most versatile Strat pickup I have heard. Frank, you showcased them nicely. Thanks so much!

ps. Frank, is it possible to post a pic of the strat, I'd like to see what it looks like with all Strabro 90s. May prompt me to buy a third one for the middle position.

Oh lordy... I may have to get one for the middle position and sell my surfers... Wow that sounds good. I knew the DC numbers didn't tell the whole story, that's the first time 15k has sounded like that. Well done guys, I'm really debating this now...

I get paid one week from today. Will be placing an order then. Sounds like a winner.

Frank, what humbuckers from the Duncan line do you see as being good matches for this pickup? I'd be interested in something that reacts to right hand inputs in a similar fashion while still being able to "keep up with" the P90 tone.
Duncan Pickups in currently in use: '59 (rewound to PATB-3)/'59, Custom/AP2H, Tapped QP set for Tele, Crazy 8/Cool Rails, Screamin' Demon/Stra-Bro 90, Custom 5/Phat Cat, SP90-1/SP90-2, SMB-5D

                      That's one VERY beautiful guitar!
                      A Tokai is it?

I love this burst it has!
And no, no problem with their looks whatsoever!!!
Oh I can't wait to install them in my Strat!!!

Great look, very subtle difference. I am guessing by the looks of the picture, the pickguard didn't need much if at all routing to fit the Strabro-90 in there. It is odd as I thought the screw poles would work better on the low E side. The slugs would thicken the tone more and I would think that would work better on the high E side. Guess I will have to try both directions.

Is the pickup a direct replacement for a single coil, or does is require pickguard modification? Is there a size difference?

This is a direct replacement no routing needed.

The height is .840" which will fit with plenty of vertical room to spare in a Strat.

So which side are the screws/rods designed to be on, EAD or GBE?
                              Generic signature line.
