Regarding any post I've made before 2018, assume I've changed my mind by now.

Thanks! I think it's aesthetically perfect now, very nice to look at. Nothing wrong with the playability or tone either! Pickups are Custom & Jazz, both unmodded :o

Awesome!!! Great looking and great pup choice! Was there much prob getting 4 knobs in there? Routing needed?? I had a LTD EC400AT gold top once. Tho Im not a goldie fan, that guitar was killer! I sold it cuz I wanted a more standard knob config and Ive longed for that guitar ever since...

I do have one of the 1000ctms (I think thats the model. Has the standard LP body cuts) now and its a beast. Just rather have passives in it..
Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.

not particularly current photos. but the current configs are:

the SBT and the Kami both have RTMs in the bridge and STK-S4s in the neck.

the Serpent has a TB-4 in the bridge and a STK-S5 in the neck.

the M-II has a JB/C hybrid in the bridge and a J/'59A4 hybrid in the neck.

haha! that was a rare find. I had looked for one for a while. ended up picking it up off someone that bought it and quickly developed buyer's remorse. the hang tags and stickers were still on it. nabbed it for $700. I got it signed on the back of the headstock and then ended up putting a FatHead over the signature. lol! also has a brass block on the FR. it's an awesome playing guitar and is up there with that M-II as the more comfortable ones to play.

trying to sound like philX with that viper? hah

I actually don't have a damn clue what Phil X sounds like outside of those guitar shop demos. My Viper is intended predominantly for the doom metals.
