    Came across of a rehearsal tape that I had forgot about. we were Jamming on Kool's Jungle Boogie, was much better than I remembered... We messed up the ending, but what do you expect from a bunch of white dudes?....

      Thanks man! I think I was using my 71 Traynor Bassmaster, and my buddy Nate was likely on a Traynor Bassmate or a little Hilgen head, both are 20 watt monsters...

        Improvisational awesomeness!!!! Loved every bit of it.
        Best amp tech I've ever had and hands down one of the best electronic/sound wizards in the NC Piedmont.

            Many thanks, Zen. There is so much freedom on those riffs, we had a Fender Rhodes player on it one time, ended up like *****es brew...lol

            Andrew, yes, it has El84 and there is a much more rare 6v6 version too.

                  Thanks much, the tune is so fun to mess with, it just hangs on G and stays there, which makes it real fun to stretch out with. I honestly don't know of there is a better riff in all of music than that main line.

                      Very cool stuff! I love funky vamp style tunes...a little while ago my band did a cool mash up of Superstition/lay that Funky Music that was so much fun!
