    Just a quick song idea...

    Sorry about the mic distortion....




    Mesa Mark II breaking up... Hartman fuzz with the vol rolled off, a little delay *I think. I don't remember if it had delay and it was just yesterday haha. See... only 20 and I'm losing my mind already..... I can barely hear the delay but not really..... hehe

    I made some clips of the Hartman cranked that were decent but the mic is clipping a ton worse than this.. I have to redo them soon.

        It's much easier to clip a mic with clean guitars; there is no natural compression going on to stop the peaks. It's a lovely tone you got there. You might want to grab a compressor pedal; I have a Philosopher's Tone and I think it would be right up your street ...

          That sounds like a great start for a good song!
          I am so close to retirement that I could play in a band full time. All I have to do is figure out what to use instead of money, improve my playing, learn some songs, and find some other musicians more talented than me who will do exactly as they're told. .

                    Thanks guys. I was working on some other stuff today. The Bolin really cuts through in a band mix.... I love it.

                      Big bold tone and nice ideas. Keep doing what you're doing, you're going to have your own recogniseable voice on the guitar and in music, I can hear it forming already.
