    IMO it's a fantastic overdrive pedal and goes all the way from light boost to light distortion if you dial it in right.

    I had a V1 and I now have a V3. I like the V3 a little bit more. V4 is good too but V3 just felt and sounded right to me.

    I used to use it as a stand-alone overdrive/boost for my amp, now I use a fulltone fat-boost for that purpose but I keep the OCD around because it just does it's "thing" so damn well.

    Very touch-reactive, very rich, very sensitive to harmonics. Getting controlled feedback with an amp is incredibly easy. Easily one of the all-time great gain pedals.
