    15" Bass Speaker Recommendation?

    For a medium sized 2x15 vented cabinet?
    I am thinking Emi Legend.

    And also I wanted to be the 666'th thread starter.

      Depending on the sound you're after, don't rule out Eminence Pro Audio speakers either. longcat's cab is a fEARful 12/6, which is a 2-way cab loaded with an Eminence Alpha 6A and Kappalite 3012LF. For a 2x15, you'd want full range speakers like the Deltalite 2515 or Kappalite 3015.

        I recently loaded my 2x15 with two Eminence Basslite 15" drivers. I'm still breakin' them in but I love them so far! Unfortunately these speakers have been discontinued but they are awesome neo mag speakers that weigh just under 6 pounds each (which for a 15 is almost half the weight of a normal driver).

          I wonder if those are the basis of the new Rumble speakers. Both the 15" and 2x10" are ridiculously light and sound pretty good.

            I have an Eminence Legend in my 115 Avatar (?, I think) cab with a tweeter, and am quite happy with it. Running it under an SWR 2004 Workingman 200w.
