    For modern day "retro" analog.

That does not break the bank...

    Mxr micro.

Dont let the one knob fool you. Has quite a few great sounds in there.

I think I'm gonna go with the corona. I just dig the idea of being able to swap out tone prints whenever I want

I love doubling with very little modulation. I don't like things sounding warbly and out-of-tune.

ive actually decided to sell my Golden Cello to get the Chorus. I think id rather have overdrive and delay independent from each other. Once that sells Ill def let you guys know how i like it. Theres one for sale here on the board and im hoping to get my hands on it soon.

I keep thinking stomp boxes. I forgot that I have a rockman chorus unit. Only drawback, is Id pretty much have to have a designated amp just for it tho.
Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.

What I've been digging about the Catalina is the expression idea, where the depth of the chorus changes in response to dynamics in your playing. Didn't realize how cool that was until you realize you can keep it on all the time and your quiet parts always have chorus and the loud parts don't, without having to press the pedal.

I've owned a boss chorus but it wasn't getting me the times I was after. I wanna keep this pedal down around 100 bucks new or used. What are the suggestions you guys have for me ?

I play an esp eclipse with a jb/59 combo and a tele with a bareknuckle piledriver set through a Randall solid state.

I ended up going with a boss ce-5. I'm gonna try it at band practice tonight . Hopefully it fits well

If it doesn't work out for you, the Corona you mentioned is great, and I've heard some really good things about the Source Audio Gemini from local players.

I have had a DOD FX65 stereo chorus for years. Haters hate it. I like it.

I put my money where my mouth is, and bought a TC Corona... So far, I'm digging it... but, in all honesty, I got it last night, and could only play for 5 minutes or so before my 2 yr old announced he was going to sleep, and that I should turn it off.

Just throwing this out there for anyone looking for a cheapie chorus: Arion Stereo Chorus. Super 80's wonderful chorus sounds for about $50 new. Build quality definitely leaves something to be desired, but it pretty much is the same pedal they made 30 years ago.
