  • GAS attack... used Palladium at the pawnshop

I'm conflicted... on one side, I've been wanting a TrueTone Route 66 V3 and was planning to get it next payday... and pedals as expensive as the Palladium tend to sit in this shop for a long time before they sell.

On the other, SD pedals rarely show up on the local used market.

I'm hoping the general rule of this shop applies ... if it isn't Boss or MXR, the majority of their customers won't go near it because they don't know what it is and the ones who can afford it would rather buy an Epiphone guitar or Line 6 amp for that kind of money. Lol

If you've been saving for the Route 66, stick with the plan.

        Be patient, be strong.

        My pawn philosophy is this:

        1. Set a date. DO NOT go back until then

        2. Set a price.

Then, on the date go in with that amount. If it happens, it was meant to be. If it's gone, oh well. If they don't meet the price, set a new date.

Also - these days, be sure to check eBay & CL for the exact same listing. A lot of pawns do that these days.
