    Is it just me or do some of those basses have setup issues? Feel like the Fenders were way too fret buzzy, and the Rickenbacker's sound made me feel like strings must be bouncing off the neck pickup.

      Looking at the saddles on the Jazz bass I suspect they never did setups prior to hitting record.

        Yes very buzzy all around.

        I like the precision most. I like the stingray's looks but I expected better tone from the humbuckers.

          The description said they were all plugged in direct with no EQ, and looking at the J bass all the pickups/tone were running wide open. That kind of situation's going to favour the P Bass.
