Default Need help with odd wiring for es-335

    Hi everyone
I need some help with a wiring job for my 335. I want to be able to coil split my 59s with a toggle switch rather than a push pull and I can't for the life of me figure out how. I'm running 2 tones and 2 volumes with a toggle for pickup selection already but I would like to add another toggle for splitting the PUs. If you have any ideas on how to do this, please let me know. Again, I'm not looking to use push/pulls.

are your 59's 4 cond? most arent which means youd have to convert them before you can split the coils. a p/p pot is just a pot with a switch on the bottom so wiring a switch is easy. where will you put the switch?

They are 4 conductor and the switch would go in the upper right hand horn. Im trying to recreate the exact functionality of the late 70s 335 thinlines.

Just wanna put this out there, but the stock 59s don't take well to splits IMO, at least the bridge doesn't. ES-335s can be dark though, which might make the 59s sound nice, but don't be surprised if things don't go as planned.
