  • Strat Pickup Screws?

I've got a Bullet Stratocaster and I took the pickups out to shield the covers, as they were a bit noisy. In the process I accidenaly dropped a screw into the air vents on the floor. Does anyone know what types of screw I can get at the hardware store that will easily replace it? I don't care how the screw looks or if it's countersunl, I just care that the threads fit the pickup.

Take one of your pickups along and check to see what fits.

Go to a hardware store with one of your pickup height screws. They should have a thread pitch tool in the store, but if not, you can try various nuts to see which fit your screw. Buy six new screws there (so they all match) or from McMaster-Carr online.
