  • John Entwistle's Isolated Bass...

We all know John Entwiistle of The Who as one of the top bass players of all-time. Here's a video that shows his true talents. He played his bass guitar like a lead instrument.

I always liked this video. Now I wanna hear the isolated bass parts to all of Live at Leeds.

Fender bought them, then they let them wither and die on the vine.

He was an absolute monster player. It was a sad day when he passed on. Yes, I cried. He not only influenced me when I picked up bass, but as a guitar player too when it comes to rhythm. One of the best.
