A tad on the fuzzy side. And the same goes for the amp. And I would've preferred a bit more bottom end. But I suspect both of those issues also stem from having to run a tube amp at bedroom volumes and playing through low-output pups. Haven't had much time to spend with it yet, but so far I really like it. It's not as straightforward as the other amps I've owned, but I'm learning. With the exception of cleans, it blows my old JR Terror right out of the water. Even when super fuzzy there's still enough clarity to play speedy and thrashy stuff. Works Well in standard, but doesn't respond great to super-low tuning, but from what I've read that's kind of to be expected from EL84 amps.

Built-in reverb is also really nice. I like how you can crank it on clean but then when you go to dirt it doesn't mush up the signal. My guess is it gets attenuated somewhat when you switch channels.

Cab is 16 ohms so haven't had a chance to try the attenuator yet but will try hooking it up to a friend's 8 ohm cab this week and then we'll see where things go. Might spring for a 2x12... in a color that doesn't clash so horribly with everything else in my apartment

Looking forward to get to know this little bugger better.
